PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to create a viable software-hardware platform for Earable. 

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans with specific milestones, pre-defined key results, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches. 

• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.

• Perform risk management and change management on projects

• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks

• Drive internal process improvements, bridging gaps across multiple teams and ensuring teams are working on high impact projects that align with company mission and goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Technical knowledge and/or experience in Wearable, Healthcare, Smart-Soft Goods.

• At least 5 years of experience with project management, production line management. 

• Experience in delivering products from inception to actual product that serves customers’ needs.

• Demonstrated management skills (including time management, resource management, and more)

• Excellent organizational, coordinating, and multi-tasking skills

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

• Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

• International product launch experience (optional).
