Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions within this Pre-order Policy before completing your pre-orders purchases.

We will do our best to ship pre-order products in accordance with the expected shipping date. If this changes, we will contact you.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and remain current. Please email us at contact@earable.ai if you need to update any of this information.

Price, estimated delivery dates, and benefits 

Standard Pre-order 

• You will be charged $50 at the time your standard pre-order is placed.
• The remaining balance ($449) will be paid when your shipment is ready.
• Your estimated delivery date is April 2023.

• You are charged $499 at the time your priority pre-order is placed.
• Your estimated delivery date is early April 2023.
• You can select the mint-colored FRENZ™ Brainband.

When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Earable® shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes inaccurate, and Earable® shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product shipment by sending an email to contact@earable.ai. 

Payment

You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order.

• Standard pre-order customers pay $50 at the time the pre-order is placed.
• Priority pre-order customers pay $499 at the time the pre-order is placed.

For standard pre-orders, Earable® will send another email asking you to complete your payment before the shipping date.

All pre-orders are handled through the Shopify Payment platform. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other methods whenever made available by the payment gateway provider. Placing a pre-order constitutes your express consent to the company to charge your provided payment method.

The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, and other government charges, which are your responsibility.

Cancellation

You can cancel your pre-order and request a refund up to 15 days before shipment. You will receive a reminder email from us before that date.

To initiate a cancellation, please follow the Cancellation Process:

• Step 1: Complete this Form to request a cancellation of pre-orders. Please complete this Form more than 15 days before your estimated shipping date. 
• Step 2: Receive a confirmation email from Earable®.
• Step 3: Once confirmed, we will carry out the procedure to cancel the pre-order and refund.

Refunds

Refunds will only cover the price of the original product(s).

We will issue a refund to your original payment method once we process your return. Most returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

We will notify you by email when your return is processed. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
