SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and develop new products and systems, using your expertise in mechanical engineering principles and techniques.

• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of new product designs and make recommendations based on your findings.

• Create and test prototypes of new products and systems, making necessary modifications to improve their performance.

• Supervise design teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

• Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, such as safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and production, to ensure that designs can be produced efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Conduct research and development to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and design techniques, and to improve existing products and systems.

• Kinematic and dynamic simulation, stress analysis, and calculating the strength conditions using Simulation.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

• At least 3 - 10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in a related industry.

• Experience with CAD, NX software (Modeling, Assembly, NX Drafting, Mold Design và Simulation.) and other design tools

• Experienced in designing with Simulation and products already on the market.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and techniques.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices, including 3D modeling, CAD, and FEA analysis

• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to mechanical design engineering.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
