Please open the package and check the contents to ensure that the delivered order matches the ordered items in terms of quantity and specifications. Please refrain from trying or using the products.

After agreeing to accept the delivered items, customers can make the payment to the delivery personnel (in the case of Cash on Delivery orders) and receive the goods.

If customers are not satisfied with the product, they have the option to refuse the delivery. In this case, we will charge an additional return fee equivalent to the shipping fee of the placed order.
