BUSINESS ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITY

• Collect, organize and develop product requirements

• Support and give ideas in product’s orientation

• Create and manage system documents as follows: System Requirement Specification, Feature List, Use case list, Use case detail, General Business Rule, wire frame design,....

• Brainstorm interface ideas to create mock-ups for products

• Own data analysis and suggest actions based on data

• Take the main responsibility in the knowledge transfer sessions

• Support the product testing team in the product acceptance process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Have a background in information technology and software development

• Fluent English communication and able to use English to research and write documents

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analysis or similar role

• Have a basic knowledge of data and data queries

• Have knowledge and skills in software product testing

• Having in-depth knowledge and experience in common processes and operations related to economics, finance, and business management. Experience and understanding the processes and operations related to health care (Health Care) is an advantage.

• Prior experience working with issue tracking systems: Jira, Bugzilla…
