ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards

  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services

  • Coordinate with related department/person to set up after sales service center operation policy

  • Gather information on competitor service policies.

  • Organize the system, manage, monitor and be responsible for the company's after-sales service activities

  • Develop & implement policies and systems of after-sales service processes.

  • Develop, control and evaluate product quality standards and after-sales services.

  • Plan, organize and manage repair, maintenance and product warranty activities

  • Building, managing and training personnel of the service department.

  • Manage and take care of the customer system.

  • Propose ideas, initiatives, improvements in technical work, maintenance, warranty, improvement ideas, new product development, service quality,...

  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department in internal training, research, customer care and development activities.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

  • Set KPIs to evaluate the performance of After Sales Dept., and monitor the results regularly and complete the KPIs

ABOUT YOU

  • University degree, MBA degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of After-sales experience in the … service field

  • Proven experience in after-sales management or a related field

  • Good at leading and organizational skills.

  • Computer skill (MS office). Good at English.
