Excelpoint will support Earable with component financing, production, and expertise, as well as capital funding, and receive an undisclosed share of Earable profits in return.
In supporting Earable® as the company launches its flagship product, the FRENZ™ Brainband, and begins impacting the lives of people around the world, Excelpoint has agreed to strategically fund Earable with an undisclosed amount of capital, become Earable's exclusive component partner and provider, and finance all of Earable's components output requirements. This partnership ensures that Earable has the highest quality electrical components built into its products.
In return for offering financial support and component expertise to Earable, Excelpoint will receive an undisclosed portion of all profits. This strategic investment and delayed return profit model represents an exception from Excelpoint's typical partnership agreements.
This partnership raises the potential for future collaborations in the high-tech ecosystem, an opportunity that would greatly benefit each company. Excelpoint has an extensive ecosystem of prominent high-tech partners around the world. By expanding Earable's neuroscience technology and solutions into Excelpoint's existing partnership ecosystem, the partners have an opportunity to develop Earable's B2B solutions of SDKs, data accessibilities, and dedicated operating systems (prOs)* for enterprises, content creators, app developers, research labs, and more.
