UI/UX DESIGNER

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, flow diagrams, and other UX artifacts for mobile(highest priority) and management webpage. 

• Work directly with developers and project managers for implementation of designs, project goals and feasibility to create highly detailed design specifications. 

• Deeply understand and solve complex problems to help our customers.

• Produce designs to help the product team understand the desired customer experience, including high-fidelity wireframes, flows, prototypes, UI graphic, etc.

• Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree/College in Multimedia Design, IT or User Interface related fields. 

• At least 3 years of design experience as a UI/UX designer in the mobile app field.

• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Figma, sketch, Adobe design tools, After effects. 

• Strong eye for aesthetics with comprehensive knowledge of visual design principles and ensure consistency and quality across all platforms. 

• Well-organized, strong sense of urgency and good time management skills. 

• Team player and committed to work in a fast-paced environment

• An available portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions, design rationale and approach mobile app projects. 

NICE TO HAVE

• Have experience with frameworks such as Ant design, Bootstrap, Google material, Fluent UI

• Highly recommend the candidate with a product mindset, aims to serve end-user (customer centric)
