SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Negotiate prices and place orders to support production stages as per production plan.

• Sourcing and screening the potential suppliers that meet the company’s requirements, to ensure at least 3 qualified suppliers backup for each kind of materials or service  providing partners.

• Review im-export documents and handle import-export procedures for the assigned batches, 

• Work with relevant warehouses for the goods under your management, participate in inventory checks, and assist with warehousing tasks when requested by superiors.

• Reconcile and make payments to vendors for each assigned order.

• Control the flow of raw materials sent for external processing and receive them back for warehouse management.

• Resolve issues arising during the purchasing process and perform assigned tasks.

• Proactively propose solutions to improve work efficiency.

• Translate/interpret in Chinese when required.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree SCM or international business related education. Master's degree is a plus.

• Communication English/ China

• Demonstrated experience in Sourcing, Material, Planning, and Logistics in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same position

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
