PROJECT MANAGER (SLEPP LAB)

PROJECT MANAGER (SLEPP LAB)

• Earable Vietnam. | Ha Noi City, Vietnam

• Working time: Mon-Fri 8.00am-6.00pm

RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan, organize, and lead the implementation of the Sleep Lab project from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff, technicians, IT, and facilities, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization effectively.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines in the healthcare and sleep medicine field.

• Lead and motivate the project team, providing clear directions and setting expectations.

• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

• Evaluate project outcomes and performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Provide regular reports on project progress, challenges, and successes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in a related field.

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Healthcare Management, Project Management, computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare, preferably in a sleep lab or medical facility setting.

• Strong understanding of sleep medicine, sleep disorders, and related diagnostics.   

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry.

• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
