SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

• Earable Vietnam. | Ha Noi City, Vietnam

• Working time: Mon-Fri 8.00am-6.00pm

RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for our hardware products, using your expertise in process engineering principles and techniques.

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.

• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of new manufacturing processes and make recommendations based on your findings.

• Develop and maintain production schedules and budgets, ensuring that production targets are met within the required timeframe and budget.

• Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet all required specifications, including quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and engineering, to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability and can be produced efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the production processes and can perform their roles effectively.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in process engineering, and make recommendations for process improvements and updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or related field. 

• Master's degree is a plus.

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a hardware startup or related industry.

• Experience with process simulation software.

• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and techniques, including statistical process control and lean manufacturing.

• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to process engineering and manufacturing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Using English is a plus.
