DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop financial models, create plans, and monitor financial activities against the plans

• Develop financial and tax strategies;

• Develop budget plans for each department within the organization.

• Develop cash flow forecasts and optimize cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with VN & US accounting practices, especially for digital sales and retail operations in the US market.

• Identify and address financial risks associated with contract, partnership, taxation changes, ect.

• Provide financial reports and analyses, in particular for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA in Finance, the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations

• Experience in finance, accounting or audit management in global groups

• In-depth knowledge of US accounting practices.

• Having work experience in finance, investment fund, banking or informatics environments will be an advantage;

• Experience working in the US, European markets or previous experience with US-based companies is an additional advantage. 

• Proficiency in using English in daily work
