Be in charge of daily C&B operations of team: data management, payroll, leave record, labor contract, personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance…Ensure that they are accurate, meet timeline commitments, compliance with law and company policies.
Resolve employee’s problems about salary, benefits, and company policies
Support team to build up HR policies to be competitive and fit business strategy
Follow up, and monitor staff probation/labour contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws. Liaise with Managers to ensure the required timeline fully collects performance appraisal.
Exit procedure: arrange termination documents, calculate final payment for leavers, send notice of leave, and manage the whole exit procedure process.
Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, and medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & director benefits administration;
The head of the department assigns other tasks.
03 years of experience in CnB executive role
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Having problem-solving abilities.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities tasks
Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
