ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute timely internal communication activities and events to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.

• Implement and execute in-house employee communication to increase employee engagement, including planning and organizing newsletters, multi-media publications and surveys.

• Create and administer online and offline communication channels such as a website, email, fanpage and so on.

• Work with HRM to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent and align with the company’s goals and core values.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor degree (PR & Marketing, business or equivalent).

• At least 02 years of experience in Internal Communication/ Marketing,…

• Experience in content creation and delivery, including email, newsletter, video and presentation.

• Prefer candidate who has good knowledge of Photoshop and Video editing.

• A good communicator who has experience hosting Corporate Events.

• Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in training/ teaching in-house is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

• A Trend Adopter & Art Lover who is self-motivated & goal oriented.

• Can work individually and cooperate in teamwork.
