The Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, educates consumers, and supports the company's online sales objectives. This role involves creating high-quality and compelling content across various digital platforms, managing content production workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand message and enhance the user experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Content Creation and Production:

      • A key driver of content in all formats and platforms including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.

      • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's e-commerce goals and brand identity.

      • Ensure content quality: up-to-date, engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO) and all marketing channels.

      • Be the project leader for content and creative outsourcing projects.

    • User Engagement and Community Development:

      • Build, manage and develop a community to boost engagements through content that encourages interaction, discussion, and feedback.

      • Analyze user engagement and adjust accordingly to enhance customer interaction with proven results.

      • Transform the community into a passive organic sales channel and improve conversion rate.

  • PR and Branding:
    • In charge of PR & branding activities of the company..

    • Be the contact point of the media, raise the brand's awareness & foster personal branding for the CEO.

    • Be the leader of the branding/marketing projects assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director.

  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing, performance, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.

    • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce visually appealing content.

    • Work with product managers and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for accurate content creation.

  • Content Analytics and Optimization:
    • Measure and report content performance and further optimize for best results.

    • Refine content strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach and engagement and other KPIs in the lower funnel.

  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure that all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines, voice, and messaging standards.

    • Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all content pieces and platforms.



    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content strategy, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management, preferable in content, digital marketing, customer service or similar functions.

    • Proficiency in SEO best practices and a solid understanding of how content impacts search rankings.

    • Experience with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, and content scheduling tools.

    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with business objectives.



    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with close attention to details and versatility to adapt for different platforms and audiences.

    • Strong understanding of the impact of content to user behavior.

    • Strong project management skills to coordinate content production and distribution across various channels.

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
