Warranty Policy

  • Scope of Warranty
      1. Product Warranty Period:

    Products manufactured and distributed by Earable are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date the buyer receives the shipment from the carrier.

    1. Warranty Period for Replacement Components:

    The warranty period for replacement components is aligned with the remaining warranty period of the original product.

    1. Warranty Period for Replaced Products:

    Replaced products carry a warranty period corresponding to the remaining duration of the original product's warranty.

    1. In all cases, any shipping costs incurred due to product warranty, including the shipping cost of the product from the customer's location to the service center and from the service center to the customer's address, will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is required to bear and directly settle these shipping costs with the transportation service provider. 
    2. Warranty Location

    Earable will perform repairs and provide warranty services for customers at the appointed service centers in the US depending on the time of the request. 

  • Warranty Conditions:
        1. Products must be manufactured by Earable and officially distributed by Earable.
        2. Technical faults requiring repair must occur within the warranty period.
        3. The product must not fall under any exclusion criteria for warranty.
  • Cases Outside the Warranty Scope
    1. Products beyond the warranty period.
    2. Products damaged due to regular wear and tear, accidents, improper use, inadequate hygiene, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, incorrect operation, excessive use, misuse, design deviations, faulty or leaked batteries, incorrect voltage, damage from external forces.
    3. Products used for commercial or non-consumer purposes (excluding products designated by Earable for commercial use); and
    4. Acts of God or Force Majeure, including but not limited to fire or damage caused by liquids.
    5. Consumable accessories such as charging cables are not covered by the warranty.
    6. Products no longer carry the manufacturer's serial number.
    7. Products repaired, serviced, or interfered with by entities other than Earable or Earable's authorized dealers.
    8. Customers failed to provide a suitable environment for the product, including but not limited to harsh transportation, insufficient power supply, electrical issues, exposure to foreign substances like liquids, humidity, or dust.
    9. Any alterations to the product, whether using equipment or additional components, with or without Earable's authorization.
    10. Changes made to any characteristics of the product by parties other than Earable.
    11. Addition or removal of accessories, components, or other devices on the product not provided or authorized by Earable.
